Admin (Why?)
I find it quite dumb, that my thread was closed, this is in the PvP Build Directory so how did i post it in the wrong area?
You just acted like 1. a Forum troll and 2. a Elitest i was only asking for feedback on any known builds or suggestions, and you threw away my post only on the suggestion or quotation that i didn't have all expansions and wasn't currently at a Lv.20 build.
Quite frankly you really pissed me off.

1.) Post a real build
2.) Rarely should you spend many points into a secondary profession due to being less effective at anything.
3.) Prot is 1337, heal is just for Gift of Health.
4.) Secondary is mostly for defense on the monk, except for channeling in HA.
5.) Make a PvP character.
6.) Pvxwiki.com to start you off, observer, or test builds that make sense.
7.) If no one was elitist, anyone could play. Look at the level of RA, where anyone can play. Discouraging, but brings the people who really care.
8.) Probably not a troll due to coming back. I may have feed it accidentally :<.
9.) http://www.teamquitter.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=2844
10.) http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...php?t=10077894
11.) Energy is managed by GoLE or preprot.
12.) If you're RAing, WoH is the current meta (lol).
13.) Lurk a bit and look for "good" posts.

- Builds must contain all characters, skills and attribute spreads. (=lvl20)
- They must be formatted in a readable and clear manner.
- They must contain descriptions where necessary.
- They must be checked for mistakes by the poster.
- They must not be complete garbage.

Either way, isn't the PvP Skill Discussion section the area for... um... skill discussion, not build discussion?
Go post in the campfire if you want advice on non-lvl 20 builds that no one would ever use.

Hit level 20 before you PvP, or roll a PvP character that starts at level 20.
RA builds go in the RA thread in the main Gladiator's Arena section.
AB builds go in the AB section.
Hero builds go in the HB section.
Anything else is a component of a larger, cohesive team and must be accompanied by the rest of the team that supports them. If you're going to post a build for critique, POST THE BUILD.
The skill section is for skill discussion, discussion of a full build goes in the builds section, provided it meets the above criteria.
You haven't even said what format your build is to be used in so it's impossible to get this conversation off the ground.
This information can be found in the stickies.

so wat's up....?
Btw I have this gem for you
Quote:
I play a Monk/Elementalist, and use DF/Prot Prayers/Healing Prayers (from highest to lowest). I currently use:
Mend Condition
Signet of Capture
Aegis
Glyph of Lesser Energy
Divine Boon
Resurrect
Orison of Healing
Reversal of Fortune
You could replace Glyph with any Healing or Protection Prayer spell, if you wanted to stick to pure heal/support, or ditch Healing Prayers & Orison of Healing and pick up 2 Mesmer skills and whatever Mesmer attribute matched those.
I really don't use Orison of Healing that much, as the healing power contained within Mend Condition and Reversal of Fortune is pretty significant, but it is single target. I don't tend to need AoE healing much.
As for Warriors, Pacifism works quite well, and I put that in my skill line up in replace of Signet of Capture for PvP. Pacifism with Reversal and Mend Condition (to remove pesky hamstring) usually allows me to survive long enough for me to run a pick off another friendly player or pet, or have an ally snare the warrior (or kill him) for me.

Now if only this helpful Info was POSTED before my post was closed.. thats how it should of been managed. Or at least "read the build posting rules". When my post was closed i was NOT directed towards a solution.

The mods here are fairly non-constructive when crap threads pop up. I can't say I like it, but they're probably jaded as hell so I can't blame them either.
Let's just say the mod slogan used to be "promote quality, discourage crap" and the first part seems to be forgotten lately.

level 10 =! pvp. try going to the campfire. also, questions regarding moderation have to be PM'd.
oh, and maybe i had to be less "immature" if people made more QUALITY posts, stopped TROLLING, and read STICKIES? yes, maybe. have a problem? go cry at riverside, this is a lot more relaxed place to post.
